Brandi passante made an instant sensation after her role in A&E's reality series 'StorageWars. The show also was a part of Jarrod Schulz, who was Passante's partner for many years, and later husband. In the show, the items stored in storage lockers which the rent has not been paid in three months is put on auction. Brandi and Jarrod of the Now and Then Thrift Store located in Orange California took part in this program hoping to find affordable storage units. They were shocked for them to be able to become famous. The show's success was since the couple, whom were extremely polite with their biddings throughout the episode and became celebrities. Their success on the reality show helped them expand their business. They opened another location in addition to the one they previously owned. Following their appearance on the show 'Storage wars', the spin-off show "Brandi and Jarrod: Married To the job" was made specifically for their show.
